Triage Trainer – Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms govern your access to and use of the Triage Trainer platform and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Who we are

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to act on behalf of your organisation if you create or administer an organisation account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity on your account.
• Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

4. Training-only tool

Triage Trainer is a training and simulation platform. It is not a clinical decision support tool and must not be used for real patient care or operational triage decisions.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access or interfere with other users’ accounts or data.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or confidential patient data.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass access controls.
• Use the service only for legitimate training and educational purposes.

6. Organisation accounts and facilitators

• Organisation admins and facilitators control access to their organisation’s training data.
• They are responsible for user access management and ensuring only authorised staff are invited.
• We are not responsible for organisational decisions, user invitations, or internal reporting practices.

7. Privacy and data protection

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Notice.

8. Fees, billing, and trials

• Paid tiers are billed in advance and processed by Stripe.
• Trials or promotional access may be withdrawn or altered at any time unless confirmed in writing.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location and billing details.

9. Availability and changes

• We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

10. Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse or breach of these terms.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Intellectual property

The platform, content, and trademarks are owned by People Care Tech Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or meet every requirement. Training scenarios are illustrative and may not reflect local policies.

13. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
